Our activities comprise extensive work in the extra-procedural phase, notably in police and ministerial inquiries, as well as follow-up in criminal proceedings, in all jurisdictions up to the higher courts (STF / STJ), including Private Criminal Actions and Original Criminal Actions by function prerogative).

We develop customized projects for the insertion of integrity rules in companies, with the implementation of a specific Compliance Department or we provide advice for the improvement of areas already structured.
