Founding partner, Rodrigo earned his Law degree from the Law School at Universidade Catolica de São Paulo (PUC / SP) and has been a Criminal lawyer for more than twenty years. He holds extensive experience in business, assisting companies and individuals in hundreds of criminal cases. He has acted in cases of national repercussion, involving award-winning collaboration agreements. Professor of Criminal Law, Economic Criminal Law (and Compliance), and Criminal Procedural Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (MACK/SP). Doctor with distinction and honors of Political and Economic Law (MACK/SP). Master’s in Political and Economic Law, emphasis on Criminal Law (MACK/SP). Higher degree in Economic Criminal Law from Universidade de Coimbra (IDPEE). Member of Brazilian Council of Research and Post-Graduation in Law (CONPEDI). Specialist in Didactics of Higher Education (MACK / SP). Member of Brazilian Bar Association (OAB / SP), São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP), and Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM). Member of Economic Criminal Law Commission of at OAB / SP. Member of São Paulo Lawyers Institute - IASP.

Author of the works "New Law on the Abuse of Commented Authority Article by Article" and "Social Reintegration of Egressed Citizens, a new dimension of applicability to Affirmative Actions", and of various articles and legal essays in the criminal and criminal proceedings.
