Founding partner, Marcelo earned his Law degree from the Law School at Universidade Catolica de São Paulo (PUC / SP) and has been a Business lawyer for more than twenty years. He holds extensive experience in the main areas of Civil and Corporate Law, namely in the resolution of business conflicts of great complexity in extrajudicial, judicial and arbitration. He is an expert in cases involving the Telecommunication, Franchising, Agricultural and Real Estate sectors.
